For every item purchased, we donate one new book to a child here in the United States. We have our products printed here in the United States. For domestic orders: Depending on your shipping destination, we will collect sales tax to be remitted to the appropriate U.S. state. At this time, we collect sales tax for purchases made by California state residents.
Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology, to ensure your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information transmitted over the internet will remain unaltered and secure. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most orders are shipped within one business day from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. You may select from our Standard Delivery (4-10 days). Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified through email regarding issues or expected delays. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is by Standard delivery only, and the average delivery time is 8-12 business days.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with the merchandise you purchase, you can exchange or return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first, then we will send directions. You will return to us undamaged and un-worn within 14 days in the same condition as it was sent to you. If the exchange or the return is a result of our fault, we will send you another item with no extra shipping fee. However, it is for other reasons that are not due to our fault, then we will have to charge another shipping cost. For exchanges, once we have confirmed with the items, we would immediately exchange a new item to you. Or for returns, we credit the payment amount to your account with immediate use. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost.
